We are now accepting applications for this home. None of the apartments at this property are legally classified as disabled accessible units. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer. We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,849 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required. Tenants must carry their own separate liability insurance policy for damage to the apartment and to cover apartment contents. One or two spayed/neutered cats or dogs are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month (breed restrictions apply). Maximum 2 animals total. We cannot accept cats or dogs under 1 year old. No additional pet deposit is required. This is a smoke-free building, no smoking in any of the units, or within 30 feet of the building. This 2 bedroom townhome features the following amenities: --Hardwood flooring in the kitchen and living areas and updated carpet in the bedroom. --Contemporary wood cabinets with stainless steel pulls. --Modern open-concept kitchens with ceramic counter-tops, back-splashes and eating bar. --Newer kitchen appliances including smooth-top range, fridge, full-sized dishwasher, disposal and vent hood. --In-unit laundry with full-sized stackable washer and dryer. --Large bedrooms, each with large closet. --High-efficiency zonal electric heating system and modern double-pane windows. --Recessed lighting in the living room and newer hardwood flooring throughout all living areas and kitchen. --Tile, mirror, tub, lighting and fixtures in the bathroom. --Newer paint and blinds throughout the units. --Modern windows. --Two reserved parking spaces in building's parking lot. --One large private storage unit for each apartment in the basement. --Attached private backyard space. The Park Landing Apartments building is located at 0528 S. Idaho Street in close-in Johns Landing in SW Portland. The building offers easy access to downtown Portland, OHSU, Lewis and Clark College, John's Landing and Macadam Ave. Public transportation is available on SW Macadam. Apartment is easily walkable to bars, cafes, restaurants and other local retail. Also, Willamette Park and bicycle access to downtown is available just two blocks from the apartment.
