The property is nice and has good amenities. The apartments are also nice and well kept. Maintenance requests were carried out In a timely manner, at least in my experience. Never had an issue with maintenance staff or front office staff. The valet trash is a nice convenience even with the added cost.

I love my apartment, But the best things about the apartment is the staff in the office, I can’t remember everyone name, but Michelle and the other lady’s have help me out from day one, they are always happy, they welcome u with a warm welcome, they are the best. But my other favorite is the pool area , I never saw a pool area so nice, and beautiful, when I first saw it, I thought I was at an all exclusive resort, just beautiful. If u are looking to move here, come on, the best place in Jacksonville to move .
