Very happy with Cadence. I've been here since it opened and happy to sign my 3rd lease. Brittany is kind, professional, friendly and has the communities best interest at heart. It's safe, close to shops and I truly enjoy living in this community. The amenities are amazing. I highly recommend!

Alright, so let me tell you about Brittany in the office. She's like the friendliest face you could hope to see when you walk into a place. Always greets you with a smile that feels genuine, you know? She's got that knack for making you feel right at home, even if you're just stopping by. Cadence is a whole vibe!

⚜️ I’m a little nervous to leave this review in case it ever goes downhill, but I love, Love, LOVE living here!!! In fact, I have never loved living in a place so much in my entire life! I LOVE the amenities we get access to (Spray/Splash water parks & community pools, including our own) and the ongoing Nocatee events, we have SO much fun and have met so many incredible people!! ⚜️ I love all the events we get blessed with here for Cadence residents, free coffee, billiards, a wow gym, corn hole & bonfires! ⚜️ I love the location right across from the First Baptist Church of Nocatee! We have fun doing many events there too! They have an AMAZING VBS every summer called GLOW CAMP (sign up early, otherwise HUGE waitlist) and incredible sports program called UPWARD where the kids play right there in the church gym or outside field we have been involved with often. ⚜️ Brittany and the ladies/men in the office are wonderful! Friendly beyond words and very professional! Amazing at planning events for us. Someone in an earlier review complained about staff partners hanging out, but I like that because it creates more of a family friendly environment. ⚜️ I ALWAYS feel safe here. Anytime of day or night. ⚜️ Last, but not least, the actual apartment is my FAV EVER! High ceilings, spacious, beautiful quality… sometimes I will tour homes, like half $1 million homes and I literally like my bathroom better here at Cadence! ⚜️ This is my first time my family has ever lived in an apartment and I am having a 15/10 experience! I hope things stay strong and high quality!! 👂 I am still giving this place 5/5 ⭐️ but I do have to say one thing I never expected was being able to hear neighbors through walls. I am a loud person and never imagined this problem. It’s not all the time but just such a bummer if you are private person or always feeling like you need to tell your kids to be quiet isn’t fair. I guess it’s called an apartment ‘complex’ for a reason. 😆
