About Grafton Townhomes
Lovely and Spacious three bedroom units with two and one half bathrooms. Located in Residential Grafton Off of 1st Avenue and Falls Road. Each unit has a front and back door private entrance, as well as a full private basement with washer and dryer hook up. The primary bedroom has double closets and a full walk in shower bathroom. The two smaller bedrooms will easily fit a queen sized bed and furniture. The hall bathroom has lots of storage!! The spacious main level has a living/dining area and feature a convenient half bath in the hallway off of the livingroom! All units have new, energy-efficient windows and patio doors (installed in 2020)!! Two Off Street Assigned Parking spots. Residents pay control heat/central air and pay all utilities, including the water bill. We are a non-smoking property. Not accepting dogs at this time, but we would consider one cat with an additional deposit and rent. No Dogs Allowed
