I have absolutely enjoyed living at Gables Upper Kirby during the last two years. What sold me was the floor plan and layout of their loft apartments. The tall ceilings really open up the units and you've got a beautiful view of one of the Houston skylines from the balcony. The units and building look new, clean, and modern. What won me over was the wonderful staff at this complex. Lawrence, the agent who rented the unit to us, has always been super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any of our repair needs. The management team is easy to work with, responsive, and caring of their residents' needs. Safety has never been an issue in the neighborhood for us, even at night when we have to take our dog outside to use the bathroom. The building requires a fob access and the garage is gated. The location is great because it's so central to everything, whether you need to head downtown or further out to the suburbs. There's a lot of great restaurant choices in the area too. We will miss living at Gables Upper Kirby, but thank you for making our time here a memorable one!

Maintenance is always great. They are friendly, professional, and attend to the issue in a timely fashion. They’ve all been great, but I want to specifically mention Luis, who completed a minor repair at my apartment today. He’s a great member of a really good maintenance crew.
