I lived here from 2021 to 2023 and it was my first apartment ever. I do believe that having this as your first option when moving out it's financially smart and it definitely grows on you with the time. Maintenance was always on time, and I never had an issue with my neighbors (instead, we became friends). The insects part of it I would give it a 5/10 since it's a first floor apartment surrounding by grass so there's always going to be insects, also they have the window AC so that's something to keep in mind when moving in if you like it cool or warm depending on the season. But overall, it was a pleasure to live here and make this my home for two years, it's in a good area and I was a good resident so I enjoyed my time here. Thank you :)
