Lived here for a year and a half, was a wonderful experience and I have no complaints about the building, the management company, or any staff. Great location to OHSU, downtown, and south as well. The building is nice and new, and the manager Eric Sumner is incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. He would also keep tenants apprised of issues with the building, when events were happening, and security stuff that sometimes arises.

Despite the reviews left by other people I found my experience from beginning to ending (the apartment lease itself) was a very easy and stress free task. Although I had some slight complications the apartment complex were able to work with me and get the problems fixed with no complication or hassle. Eric Sumner was very good at responding quickly and letting us know EXACTLY what we needed and what was causing complications on our application. There were no shady business practice that I was unaware of or any price switch ups. I'd like to add that Eric Sumner was very professional and did a great job! Thank you Eric!
