As long as you aren't scared off by the locale, this is an amazing find. The units are almost frighteningly well-built, the finishes are above and beyond what you could expect to find in a rental, period. It's almost shocking to compare the once-trendy, now-tired, "artist loft-style" places to this understated property. But as the saying goes, "there can be only one winner," and I am so pleased to have traded up from circus colors, insanely bad layouts, and the constant stream of problems arising from terrible construction and/or terrible property

It's a great apartment complex. Neat, well maintained and modern. The fitness center has a good mix of exercise machines. The management is pretty responsive and fast.
