Rachael H was very professional and took the time to show us everything we needed to see. She was busy when we first walked in but still acknowledged our entrance and politely asked us to wait a minute. People who recognize someone coming in while they are busy goes a long ways with customers in my eyes. She answered all our questions and even then some. She was very understanding about all our concerns and even helped us decide on the best untit that fits our desires. Thanks Rachael for everything. You really do your job well.

I’ve been recommending this complex to my friends. This is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. The big pros: - spacious and airy. There’s SO much natural light and as an artist I’m so thankful. It’s the first place I’ve been in where I feel like I can ACTUALLY see the details and colors in my work while working on them. There are skylights in my unit so I’m constantly walking into a room to “turn off a light” until I realize it’s just the skylight lol. - storage storage storage EVERYWHERE. there’s so much space for me to place and keep things and I have a ton of wall space for artwork and photos. My stairwell is my favorite place in the whole apartment because it features my favorite piece. - valet trash. I’ve been in places where valet trash can be nitpicky and unreliable but the valet trash team here is SO good. - super secure. My car is in gated parking that can only be accessed by my gate key. That being said, I love that there is spacious parking for my friends to visit because I love having people over. People have to be buzzed in to access the building AND specific floor so I feel really safe here. - quiet. I have zero complaints about noise. Sometimes you can hear people in the hallway but honestly the people in the community are pretty calm. - maintenance. When we put in a request to reconnect the remote control to our ceiling fans they showed up pretty quickly. Obviously not a high priority request but they came in a day or two. - the leasing office is very nice and super communicative. We get text message updates about anything important. - 30ish minutes from downtown during rush hour. I work pretty close to the Capitol building and some mornings I can get to my office in 20 minutes depending on when I leave. I feel like I’m perfectly located between my usual places in north Austin that I need to get to and my art and work places in downtown/south Austin. - affordable. I’m paying less here than I was for the house I was originally renting and it’s not only in perfect condition but it’s WAY more spacious. I’m not even using all the storage space. My friends are typically very shocked when I tell them how much I’m paying for the unit because it looks so nice. The photos don’t do it justice. Con: Literally my only complaint which is not a big deal is that sometimes getting deliveries and packages is not ideal. I have some deliveries that are only door step deliveries so if I don’t answer my phone to buzz them up in time I may have to wait another day. Sometimes the Amazon lockers get full and the delivery drivers can’t successfully deliver my package but the leasing office has started taking them when there’s overflow to keep them safe and I appreciate that a lot. I will likely just get a P.O. Box to make this easier for myself but I will probably be living here forever until we’re ready to buy a house. - no dedicated pantry space but I’m not a major foodie so I have a minimal amount of things I cook with so I can use the cabinets for pantry space. I’m not even using all my kitchen cabinet space. There’s also storage under my stairwell so I can easily convert that space into a food pantry too. (There’s no elevator but the stairwells in the building have shallow steps so you don’t die going up them.)
