I’m going on my 3rd year at 2200 and it’s has been a great decision moving here. Apartment complex is top of the line ! The complex is always clean, quiet, and have always felt safe within the complex. Staff is very friendly and helpful . They have great amenities . Everyone in the complex is very nice . This would be my second year staying in these apartments!! And i absolutely love my apartments! They are very quiet! You couldn’t tell that kids stay here. Everyone is very respectful! I’ve came In contact with maintenance twice since I’ve been here and it’s been for minor things like changing my a/c filters . The front office is always hosting parties for us around the holidays. I love how they do the safety inspections on the apartments for us ! The front staff is very understanding as long as you communicate with them. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've been here for almost 2 months now, and I really enjoy staying here. The maintenance team here is top notch. Gates and parking is secure and well lit. Plus the leasing office with Shania and Miranda is excellent. The apartment itself is luxury with plenty of cabinet and storage space for a one bedroom.

Been living at 22Hundred since they first opened and I can say I have had 0 issues. Shania is amazing and attentive to any issues or concerns I have. While out of town, she took care of something very important for me with no hesitation. She is really amazing and all of 22Hundred staff in whole. I love it there.

Staff is super friendly. Maranda has been such a huge help since we moved in. Community is quite and always clean. Love the amenities beyond words can explain. Having such a beautiful view of the pool makes our apartment like an oasis and that’s priceless.

I am a new resident and I have been working with Maranda during the move in process. She has been extremely patient and very informative whenever I have questions. Sje always take my calls and if she missed a call, she would always call me back the same day. She even trusted me to walk my unit by myself when she injured her ankle and couldn’t come up the stairs! She is amazing and I look forward to leasing here.
