Update #3: We had an issue with noisy neighbors this past year and the office has been able to handle it. Although it is a process that takes time, they eventually handled the situations effectively. Of course, it's difficult to control neighbors who drive cars at 3AM with loud bass, but that's not the staff's fault. That's just a couple noisy neighbors here. Overall, we like our neighbors and community here, who have been respectful the last 4 years here. I've bumped the review back to 5 stars because of the staff's responsiveness. Isa, Tanisha, and Jessica are very friendly and take the time to listen to the tenants and have been very responsive. Update #2: maintenance was made aware immediately and fixed our issues after multiple calls on our end. They solved the toilet issue and made it right. They were professional about it but just very delayed in solving it. Bumped up to 4 stars. I will continue to update this review in the future. Staff has been very nice and I hope we can look over this incident and give it 5 stars again! Update: Staffing has changed. It has been a nightmare here for the past month. Our only toilet in the apartment is not working and they have not fixed it yet. They keep delaying definitive fixation and have used plungers and augers but there is a deep problem with the plumbing that is not being addressed. I would caution you to stay away as we have been turned off by our experience here, completely 180 degree turn from how it used to be. Old review: We enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We love them! The maintenance team has been awesome whenever we needed them (maybe just a few times a year if that). Nice and quiet neighborhood for the most part. Staff is very responsive to any complaints and takes action immediately! Beautiful location and close to eagle creek park!! We will likely lease another 1-2 years!

The Park at Eagle Creek. It is a great place to call home. Petrina Randolph, the leasing agent, was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. She checked in with me regularly and made sure I had everything I needed. The location of the apartment is perfect for me as I am an outdoor person and love being close to the biggest park in Indy. I can go for a run or bike ride in the park whenever I want. The apartment is also only 15 minutes away from downtown and the Airport which is great for work and entertainment. The west side of Indy has a rich and diverse culture that I enjoy exploring.
