Living at Cobalt Lofts has been an absolute delight, so far. Let's talk about what makes Cobalt Lofts a truly exceptional place to call home.
First and foremost, I have to mention Sherryl, our wonderful concierge. Sherryl's warm and welcoming demeanor, along with her dedication to providing top-notch service, makes every resident feel valued and at home. She truly embodies what it means to have a dedicated and caring concierge.
Francesca, the manager, deserves a special mention as well. She's approachable and always ready to address any concerns or suggestions that we may have, fostering a sense of community and trust.
The leasing team at Cobalt Lofts has been instrumental in making the move-in process seamless. They were not only professional but also accommodating to our needs and preferences, making our transition stress-free.
One of the aspects that sets Cobalt Lofts apart is the fantastic resident events that are hosted regularly. These events allow us to connect with our neighbors and truly feel like part of a community. From holiday parties to fitness classes and themed gatherings, there's always something exciting happening, so special thanks to the dedicated team behind these events. Looking forward to all that's to come over the next 13 months!

****comedy came back again! Thanks for listening!!!****
Renewed our lease, second year here and loving it. Comedy night and resident appreciation day are my favorites!
My wife and my dog have been living here since April 2020. So far the experience have been delightful. We have lived in many building in past 5 years in Jersey City. But, this by far has been the best. Here are my comments on a few things:
Amenities: Perfect amount and are amazing we feel like we are staying at a luxury hotel :)
Staff: Grateful and helpful.
Maintenance and Repairs: They are responsive, it is easy to report and they fix it in time.
Dog Park: My dog loves the park and always wants to go there. But, the building can do a better job at drying to leveling it so all the water can get drained.
Parking: Easy in and out.
Commute to City: Although we have yet to use the path from here since we are working from home. But, the path is very close to the building.
Safety: Building the secured and the surroundings feels safe as there are always cops around the building patrolling.
The images attached shows my everyday view :)
I am giving The Wyles apartment building a five star rating based on what I have seen and what I have enjoyed here. Food!
I have enjoyed watching this building, become part of a community in Harrison New Jersey. This building is a very chic and modern place to live. When first I saw the entrance inside the building I was stunned at how simply beautifully it was designed and decorated.
In the lobby, sets of seating spaces eloquently done, carefully chosen colors, and it’s opened. Windows are long and wide, and you can see the community growing up. The entrance to the mailbox and private rooms where you can think, right, make conversation over the cell, or sit in luxury enjoying the scene. The concierge‘s are true concierge‘s, Customer service is on point . Now there are many things that I am leaving out because I have not seen or had a tour of this building to write a more important, truly important review , about the living areas ,the apartments themselves. But I will get to that in the weeks coming.
Tonight there was an invitation for the community to attend a Ball; “snow ball“ event, and most of the event took place in the lobby of the building, where there was a DJ that was “on it”and people were dressed in gowns and casual attire, which is really appropriate for the evening. Now, this is where the good part comes. I have photographs of the the Resturant and you will like this.
One thing I want to say before I get to the kitchen is that there are two women part of the staff in this building that can help you with finding a home here or if you live here they can help with other things such as an event like this evenings, “ Snow Ball”. They are Fabulous ;Tia-Lyn and Francesca. If you can’t find them ask for more Fabulous people : Nelson or Kimberly
Do yourself a favor, give yourself an opportunity to live here just because you can and because it’s one of the most beautiful buildings I’ve seen lately. Now to the photographs.
I’m going to put them on and as I said they are mostly about the Resturant. You can go online take a look at this building and all the other lovely buildings around here and find a home .
I apologize for any errors inside this review.
WB.

More than 2 yrs of living at Cobalt, and about to renew.
Even though I never attend any of events, I can see so many events held for riverband community (Cobalt/Steelworks/Wlydes) such as Yoga class or Comedy show.
Great staff too.
Always gets quick response from Concierge Desk for any delivery, great job from Janitors, and perfect job from maintenance team!
Also, i can see how mgmt team tried to make better community for their resident (e.g., issuing a Resident Pass for Redbull Stadium Traffic Control by Police Dept).
But, I am recently having a difficulty to speak with leasing office for my renewal...I am guessing they are too busy to handle 3 apartments at once.
Actually came from out of town for a pet friendly event they were having. The employees were super nice and residents were very friendly. The neighborhood was so clean and beautifully landscaped. Easy to find parking. We walked around for a while after the event. Could definitely see myself living here

I moved into Cobalt lofts February of 2023. My first place post divorce and i was extremely thorough and picky about choosing place. I toured every luxury building in the Harrison Newark area. I ended up choosing Cobolt. And I can honestly say I have very much enjoyed these past 6 months. The area is perfect. A 5 minute walk (if that) to the Path into Manhattan. I fly in out of Newark Liberty quite often for work that is a 12 minute drive at the most. I love my personal amenities that I have (washer dryer unit. Alexa surround sound. wine fridge. balcony. dishwasher) in my unit. The gym and pool are so peaceful. The Rooftop when open is so relaxing at night and a great place to host to take in the views. Cobalt overall i do feel is very private quiet and relaxing. Yes The Red Bull stadium is right across. And The parking and traffic I won’t lie on game nights could be hectic but we are always informed ahead of time when they do have events to plan ahead. But overall the building and area are perfect. And I cannot leave a review without acknowledging the awesome teams i have seen almost daily these past couple of months Sherelle and the front desk team are super helpful, personable and prompt especially with packages. In making sure you get them which I appreciate greatly. The maintenance team have always been prompt with any requests I have and never fail to say hello or smile when passing by in hallways. And Francesca and her leasing management team are easily accessible and around to assist if you ever have any concerns or questions. I have and will continue recommend this place as a great place to call home as I have been happy to and hope to continue to look forward to calling home.

I've been living at the lofts with my husband for almost a year and we have really enjoyed our time here. We have been in the area for a few years as it is an easy commute to NYC. We were reluctant to stay in Harrison due to a terrible living experience at The Eddy. I am glad we gave the Lofts a try. We have had a few minor issues with the apartment but they were addressed and taken care of quickly. Management is responsive on email and very professional. The building throws events for the residents and we appreciate it because we get to catch up with neighbors we don't always see due to busy schedules. Hopefully when the weather gets better the rooftop with be open again and the dog park as well. Other than that, we are happy, easily one of the best buildings in Harrison. If you are thinking of moving to the Eddy, please don't, move here instead :) The Eddy pays their residents money to write 5 star reviews, this review was not paid for. When a building treats its residents right, everyone is happy.
