My daughter is in her second year of living at Uncommon and has already signed on for a third year. The complex is modern and features everything a college student needs and more (I wish there had been places like this when I went to the U!). It smells good when you walk in the door, things are tidy and well kept, the gym is very well equipped. Office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I'd like to give a shout out to Ellie who has helped my daughter on several occasions and has always patiently answered my questions when I've called the rental office. Highly recommend this living option for U students!

From the moment I stepped into the Uncommon, I was greeted with a sense of modern elegance and comfort that immediately caught my attention. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional tour provided by Tea, a knowledgeable and friendly member of the Uncommon team. Tea's expertise about the building and its amenities was truly impressive. She not only answered all of my questions with a smile but also went above and beyond to provide me with insights that showcased her deep understanding of the Uncommon's unique offerings. Tea's enthusiasm was contagious as she guided me through the various living spaces. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect living space was truly commendable. She effortlessly showcased the building's various amenities, from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the inviting communal spaces designed for relaxation and socialization. I'm most excited about the hot tub in the outdoor courtyard and plan to spend lots of time there.
