I lived there for about 9 months. Daniel, the manager of the leasing office, was always responsive and flexible to our various requests. The common areas are always cleaned, and there is no ambient noise, making it a very comfortable place to live!

I have lived at South Olive for 10 years. No property will be perfect. I have seen the last 2 managers come and go which is a good thing. Mary was always a good manager just very busy and people have a hard time seeing that. It would frustrate me that people interested in apartments would lose their patience because she could not answer them right away. She did her best everyday to accommodate and I still see her on the property from time to time. I am happy with the positive changes at South Olive and I still enjoy living here. I love our new manager Leticia. A true gem. Thank you both for all you do.
