I love Parkside! Great location to the Park, Shopping, and Dining! Parkside Apartments has been my home for many years, and the staff feels like family, especially Tony and Greg. I am still getting to know the newer staff, who have also been very nice! Tony is very helpful and ready to address any issue you may have; Greg has always been on top of any maintenance issue, and very accommodating with my time, when issues have arisen. Love the beautiful location and amenities!! Is the community flawless? Without issues? No. However, the problem doesn't, always, fall to management!!! Some Residents, don't pick up after their animals, and some Residents, insist on loading up the compactor with items which clearly should not be placed into it, then want to blame management! Come on folks, let's be reasonable! Take responsibility for your own pets! Don't toss furniture etc. into the compactor! We need to work together to keep our beautiful home, beautiful. Follow the rules for animal waste and garbage. Management is here to manage, not babysit our animals, nor continually repair something our garbage has broken, when we don't pay attention to posted rules. Bottom line, Parkside is a wonderful community, with a great staff, good neighbors, and where I call home; I will continue to do so as long as I don't get 'priced out'. I will be very sad, when or if, the day comes, that I have to move. Perhaps that statement says it all about Parkside Apartments and Management. Parkside is phenomenal! I’ve lived here for over 3 years. The manager and staff are the best!! Beautiful apartments, excellent maintenance, close to shopping and amenities. Parkside can’t be beat! Best place I’ve ever lived and I use to manage apartments. The on-site security keeps us all safe.
