I absolutely love calling this place home. I have lived here now for over a year and have zero complaints. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the other tenants are nice and respectful. Monique, the property manager, is the best property manager I have ever had. She is communicative, proactive, and truly cares for her tenants and their needs. Maintenance is always quick to respond and respectful of the space. I cannot say enough good things about this apartment building and the way in which it is run. I see myself renting here for a long time.

I have really enjoyed living here. The property manager Monique is extremely attentive and prompt in assisting with any of my concerns and is very approachable. Maintenance is usually pretty quick to come and fix any issues. Common areas are kept clean and parking is very secure. Would recommend living here.
