We have improved our property per their suggestions by adding a gas barbecue island, remodeled clubhouse, business center, fitness center, and a resort-style pool and spa with new furniture. Just moved in. Love it. Came from the Mitten State for a visit and stayed. Update: could only stay one year much to my disappointment. Never had one single issue and the staff was incredible

I have been here for a month and a half, as this is my first apartment. Moving from Missouri, I was a little bit scared of being on my own and having to manage an apartment by myself. However, the management here has been a huge help to me. Brett, Maddie, Cassandra, Jazmine, etc.. I believe in showing respect to people and being understanding, and they have treated me with such and more. It’s incredible that every time I walk into the office I always leave with a “have a good day!” Even if I’m doing my laundry card. Additionally, there have been a lot of people complaining about roaches. I had one encounter with 2 roaches, and notified management. They got me on the list for pest control, and I never had an issue after that. I don’t believe that is their fault at all, and they made sure to take care of me. Thank you for making my first apartment experience terrific. As a student, I thought it would be best to move towards campus, but they eventually got me into a better unit away from the road so I could study better! I decided to stay and won’t regret the decision. 5 stars.
