Whoa where do I begin... I would like to start off by saying that I have had the best experiencing looking for a place in Wichita with the help of Kristy G.-B. who fought for me to be able to live here. While still a full-time student and housed on campus for 2 year through working it was extremely hard for me to look reliable on paper but Kristy saw something in me that no one else did and for that I will forever be grateful. I am currently sitting in a cozy studio apartment with stainless steel appliances, microwave, and my own washer and dryer! Given my situation the size feels just right. In addition, there's a Murphy Bed (If you've played Sims before this can be a little scary but what is really living without a little fear now and then). Overall, I truthfully cannot complain. If you're wondering if the train is an issue, I've been around downtown Wichita and it somehow fades to the background over time. I recommend this building to anyone wanting to find a place that feels more city like. This is my first day with the keys and whenever I move out I will be sure to update my experience!!! Ps. Thank you so much Kristy!!!!!

I just moved to Wichita this week I find the staff (kristy) was the best. She took time to make sure I had everything I needed even if it was on her day off. The tenants are very friendly. The apartments are very modern, unique and clean. The facility is well kept up and the amenities are very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this complex.
