This is a good, clean, well-run property. Units are a good value. Right off the highways and an access point to the Greater Wichita Trail network (k96 bike trail terminus is literally at this complex, which gives access to everything between August and Garden Plain, from South City to the Zoo!). As a cyclist, this place is a dream come true. Maintenance requests are super easy via the resident app and they are responded to very quickly - usually same day. The maintenance team is really friendly and non-invasive too, they are efficient and mission-focused. Office staff is so kind and professional, it's refreshing to have such a great management team. They have a security company that is responsive as well which is nice for peace of mind. The gates actually stay closed most of the time (so many apartments have a non functional access gate). I feel safe here. The pool and community area is very nice and kept super clean as well - and it's a saltwater pool. The paths through the complex are actually pleasant, easy to get in a short walk to clear the mind if needed. The gym is nice too, with all the equipment youll ever need. I haven't used the community office or lounge much, but they seem to offer free Keurig coffee and computer access. I'm glad we found Portofino. It's a rare gem in Wichita.

Absolutely one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. The staff here has been nothing but exquisite in the near 2 years I've been here. The buildings themselves are fairly new. I've had little issue with maintenance and when I do it is fixed promptly and professionally.
