Lived here for 2 years, loved these apartments. These are one of, if not THE most spacious apartments in Wichita. Spacious laundry room with plenty of storage space, Pantry, huge master bedroom with a large walk-in closet. A large lake in the back is a nice spot to hang out with the kids. Love the indoor heated pool. The fitness room is not great though. Playground is average too.

My wife and I moved into East Hampton last month and so far everything has been great. The indoor pool and sauna made it a done deal for me. Lol Brooke and Chris made us feel very welcome the second we walked in the door. The apartment was super clean at move in and have not had a problem yet.
