I was having two issues. The first one the lighting fixture was loose from the ceiling and completely full of brown recluse spiders a couple were still alive. I have severe arachnophobia. Did they fixed it and cleaned it out. The second issue was I did not know how to use the dishwasher and there was water sitting in the bottom. They were able to get it running for me. But I don't know what they did to make it work even though I have used it in the past. I was very grateful.
