I lived at Watercress Apartments for a year, and wanted to provide a candid review. I have really enjoyed living here, the apartments have always felt safe and clean. What you see in the online pictures is very accurate. The management staff is incredibly helpful if you have questions. The portal for residents is easy to use and the maintenance staff is amazing! Anytime I submit a request it has been attended to within the next few days. I have used the dog park and the pool personally and never had a bad experience. Overall it is a nice, chill community. The two things I would tell residents in advance is depending on where you live the closest dumpster can be a bit of a walk, and sometimes there is limited parking late at night. Also when you end your lease be sure to provide advance notice and ask for your move out checklist, it will save you a major headache! Thank you to the Watercress Team, it was a wonderful year living here!

Absolutely hands down the best complex I've lived with thus far! Literally the little problems we had with our unit was fixed the very next day! I've never seen maintenance move so quick with requests! Very peaceful neighborhood! Would definitely request to view an apartment now if you are looking! A great variety of neighbors and deifnitly a place that does not have thin walls! Great for people with pets!
