I have been living in Newport Apartments for several months now. I love it here. The people were very helpful and made the move in process easy for me. I have no complaints. Every one around my building is friendly, the grounds look well taken care of, and it has been an overall great experience so far. Anytime that I have needed maintenance they are always there promptly to fix any issues I may have. Great place to live!! I was referred here by several friends who have lived here in the past, and have had the same experience. Heather Ward

I love this place. The rent is honestly reasonable, and best of all is the staff at the leasing office are great. For real, they put on fun little community events every holiday, and sometimes just stuff for fun. They actually get involved in the community. Any work order requests get handled super fast and professionally. The only downside I would say that this place has is that they seem to be kinda slow when it comes to getting repairs or replacements done on the building exteriors and gates. That being said, they are just now undergoing maintenance and repair for their buildings. The fellow tenants are pretty chill too. You got one or two nuts, but by and large, people here are nice and respectful.
