Drummond is a pet-friendly building that features upgraded kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, large windows and closets, fireplaces, high ceilings, sun-filled bathrooms and hardwood floors. Renovated apartments available. Lincoln Park is known for its tree-lined streets and gorgeous green spaces. It's also a hotspot for first-class dining, nightlife and shopping. 617 W. Drummond is in the heart of it all - steps from the bustling Clark/Broadway/Diversey intersection, Trader Joe's, Mariano's, Landmark Century Theater and Walmart. It's also a 10-minute walk to the Brown Line and minutes from Lake Michigan and the Zoo. No need for a car.

Management is absolutely terrible - they ignore everything. There is SO much package stealing within this building, to a point where we (and many others in this building) have had to start sending packages to other addresses or pickup lockers. To be clear, the packages make it into the foyer of the building (which you can see when the delivery service shares a photo of the delivery), meaning they are being stolen by someone who lives here or at least has access to the front door. If you seek help from management, and if you even get a response, you'll basically be told that there's nothing they can do and that you should schedule to have your packages arrive at a time when you'll be there to pick them up. I can assure you, that is not the issue - I've had packages stolen in a matter of minutes between when the package was delivered, and when I went down to grab it. Management does not do a good job of building upkeep. The third floor ceiling hallway gets insane water damage in the winter due to snow coming through, and one year the snow actually did make it through the ceiling and into the hallway. Every year they would tell us they were fixing it, but they clearly weren't since it would continue to happen. This year they apparently did decide to fix it, and the construction was insane. We had unidentified black material falling from our ceiling while they were working, and they actually came through our closet ceiling - there is a literal hole in the ceiling of the closet where we keep our clothes. Two stars instead of one because the location is great and the units themselves are spacious with high ceilings, in-unit w/d, and nice finishes. Live here at your own risk, and don't order packages to this address!
