Johnny the new maintenance guy has been a tremendous help here at the Elmwood Apartments he’s always working hard and help us whenever we need help he has totally changed this community.

Moving in was a nightmare. Management was not only incompetent, but also inaccessible. I am only giving the establishment 5 stars since the leasing agents were very nice (even though it unfortunately seemed like their hands were tied) and Johnny from maintenance was incredibly helpful and present in the building. Johnny actually cleaned two rooms for me to move into within the span of a few days (due to a management issue) and tried his best to answer my questions whenever I saw him. I am glad he will be available to fix any issues I run into as I stay for the duration of my lease.
