I moved into the ICON Residences four months ago, sight unseen. Except for viewing the gallery photos on the website. The reason for that is because this is where I knew I wanted to live. It has been GREAT!! It feels like I’m living in a hotel sometimes, with a concierge at the front desk, 24 hour security and a staff of people always cleaning the building. The amenities are cool; gym, yoga studio, pool, club room, conference room, guest suite rental, mail room, storage units, outdoor grills, package room and pet spa. The perk of having a garage to park my car gives me the luxury to park on the floor I live and avoid walking out in bad weather. When I venture outside, I have the choice of going to Starbucks, MOD Pizza, Pure Raw Juice, Mom’s Organic Market, Walgreens and Brick Bodies. During the summer months Icon offers a Farmer’s market and outdoor movie viewing for the residents and surrounding neighbors. Saving the best for last is the Leasing Team and the Maintenance Staff. Kim, Nina, Lauren and Laura (concierge) will assist you with everything regarding your apartment and any other aspects about the building. Joe, Herman, Ben and Frank are there to fix whatever is wrong in your apartment. After filling out a repair ticket and pressing submit, someone from the team is at your apartment the same day or first thing the next morning. There is no waiting for days at a time for something to get repaired. If luxury apartment living is for you, check out the ICON Residences at The Rotunda. You will not be disappointed.

Been living here since '17, and it's been terrific seeing the area and community grow. Slightly pricey, but 100% worth it just for the wonderful staff, services and amenities. Nina been been especially wonderful to liaison with in regards to our lease, and goes the extra mile in every respect. Always a please to speak to Laura at the front desk who is always happy to answer questions and help in any way possible. Would highly recommend joining the ICON community (very sad to be leaving so soon!)
