I moved into the ICON Residences four months ago, sight unseen. Except for viewing the gallery photos on the website. The reason for that is because this is where I knew I wanted to live. It has been GREAT!! It feels like I’m living in a hotel sometimes, with a concierge at the front desk, 24 hour security and a staff of people always cleaning the building. The amenities are cool; gym, yoga studio, pool, club room, conference room, guest suite rental, mail room, storage units, outdoor grills, package room and pet spa. The perk of having a garage to park my car gives me the luxury to park on the floor I live and avoid walking out in bad weather. When I venture outside, I have the choice of going to Starbucks, MOD Pizza, Pure Raw Juice, Mom’s Organic Market, Walgreens and Brick Bodies. During the summer months Icon offers a Farmer’s market and outdoor movie viewing for the residents and surrounding neighbors. Saving the best for last is the Leasing Team and the Maintenance Staff. Kim, Nina, Lauren and Laura (concierge) will assist you with everything regarding your apartment and any other aspects about the building. Joe, Herman, Ben and Frank are there to fix whatever is wrong in your apartment. After filling out a repair ticket and pressing submit, someone from the team is at your apartment the same day or first thing the next morning. There is no waiting for days at a time for something to get repaired. If luxury apartment living is for you, check out the ICON Residences at The Rotunda. You will not be disappointed.
Been living here since '17, and it's been terrific seeing the area and community grow. Slightly pricey, but 100% worth it just for the wonderful staff, services and amenities.
Nina been been especially wonderful to liaison with in regards to our lease, and goes the extra mile in every respect. Always a please to speak to Laura at the front desk who is always happy to answer questions and help in any way possible.
Would highly recommend joining the ICON community (very sad to be leaving so soon!)
It has been a great place to live so far. Even as the building and area has grown and finished construction, it has been seamless. The staff is great and welcoming. The amenities are convenient and plenty. The gym is even better than the new Brick Body’s next door and it’s included. Parking is easy as you can park on your own floor. Super easy to walk to restaurants and shops on the avenue. Also there are many events on the plaza such as the food truck festival and the building has several events every month.
10/10. I would definitely recommend to anyone moving to Baltimore to live at Icon. The building is beautiful with top notch amenities, from the pool to the gym to the courtyard with grilling stations and the neighboring restaurants and shops — it was an absolutely wonderful place to live at and to host friends and gatherings. The apartment unit itself was in excellent condition and with a very thoughtful floor plan and private balcony with a picturesque view (photo included). All of the staff members are extremely professional, responsive to any inquiries, kind, and accommodating. The environment is friendly and inviting. The Hampden neighborhood is walkable, quiet, and safe and is in a great central location, about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Baltimore and a 15 minute drive to Towson. I will miss living here and I am thankful to have gotten a chance to call Icon home!

I have had a great experience here at the ICON. Management and maintenance are both incredibly responsive and helpful when needed. I have lived in numerous other apartment complexes in the past and this has by far been the best experience of them all. I plan to renew my lease and would highly recommend anyone looking to live in the Hampden area.

I moved into the Icon Residences several weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. As soon as you join this diverse community of people from all ages and walks of life, you tend to feel that you’re a part of something truly special; a community. My dog loves being greeted by the friendly employees and neighbors. Everything you could ever need is within walking distance from the building: organic grocery, yoga studio, take-out options, and more! Super secure parking and Incredibly safe! Kim, the property manager, has done a terrific job making this a great place to live. The leasing department, specifically Nina, was incredibly helpful in the whole process and is truly a down-to-earth, and delightful woman. Answered all of my questions and met with me whenever I needed. The pool, fitness center, and other amenities are top notch. If you’re a young (or even older) professional looking for a safe place somewhere between the county and city... this is where you should be. 12 minutes from inner harbor restaurants and 15 minutes from the county, you can’t ask for much more.

Living here the past two years has been an excellent experience in every way. The apartments themselves are excellent, as are the amenities. The staff are all wonderful and willing to help whenever needed; whether it's the leasing agents, maintenance, or front desk staff, I've always been happy with how I've been treated here. The property manager, Kim, is incredible and was a huge help when moving in and out. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Resident since 2017. Management has been consistently fantastic. Well maintained, great amenities, ample resident/guest parking (on floors 3+), maintenance very friendly and fast. Best of all - noise insulation between apartments is top notch. You certainly get what you pay for.
