The apartment complex is fair with rent and will go the extra lengths to make sure that the stressful process of leasing, renting, an apartment is a fast and simple. Michelle, and her sidekick christy ,pardon my spelling is truly the the reason. They have great personalities overall and just make everything involving your apartment less of a worry. In the event of a disaster The maintenance team is very responsive and respectful. They will even jump out of bed at 3:30 in the morning to check to make sure that everyone nearby is not affected by the problem. The team at round hill is truly the reason I'll continue to live here.

I've lived here now for 5 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about Roundhill. The ladies in the office are always attentive and kind. Maintenance has always been prompt at fixing anything I need repaired. I also really enjoy my apartment. They recently added new cabinets which make my apartment look fresh and modern. If you're currently in search of an apartment, definitely give them a call, you won't regret it.
