This is easily the best apartmemt I've ever lived in. It's quiet, well maintained, clean, courteous office staff, plenty of amenities. If i have one complaint, it is that parking is kind of a nightmare. I live on the end in the first building and typically end up parking three buildings over.

I have lived here for several years and never had any major issues. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Maintenance is always quick. I don't love that rent increases every year but I know that's not unique to this complex. I'd recommend Arbor Knoll to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. The proximity to the highways is SO nice.
