Chicopee Crossing Townhomes is conveniently located near I-985, shopping, dining, UNG Gainesville campus, golfing, nature trails, and so much more. We are happy to allow pets at the property with a few restrictions. We cannot allow more than one pet and the pet must be less 20 pounds full grown. There is a pet fee of $525 non refundable and $25 per month pet rent. Sorry, no aggressive breeds will be allowed. Parking is extremely limited in the community. Each home has access to two parking spots and will receive decals upon move in. Resource Property Management runs a comprehensive check of your criminal background, credit history, and rental history. If you have certain prior felonies or any evictions, your application will be denied.
