The people here sadly lack professionalism and basic human kindness. They have been allowing us to ROAST for days without AC. Dodging our calls and refusing to take any steps to help mitigate the harm their faulty heating and cooling unit has caused to the habitability of their unit. Per their technician the entire unit has to be replaced (heating and air) and they have done nothing to help us battle the 85+ degree heat inside while they piddle around to schedule their vendor (who never has availability) to come out. It’s disgusting to knowing allow your tenant to live in such uninhabitable conditions. They also scheduled a walkthrough during this- we took off work and they never showed up! Never thought I’d deal with Slumlords but here I am. So sad. Beware! And to the bot that replies to this, you should’ve taken our calls first if you actually cared about our satisfaction.
