Great amenities. Nice pool . Amazing natural light in all the units . Close to tons of dining options . Nicest kids park south of the river across the street with splash pad . Spacious units . Washer and Dryer in unit . Game room with pool table and free pinball classic. Pet friendly . Smoking allowed 25 feet from property not on balcony thats only downside for me . Its in the lease so they don't lose a star for that . Katy and Suzie and Lauren work very hard for the apartment community and worked to get us in the unit we wanted and the lease we wanted. Does short term 6 month unlike many places . Would recommend this to families , singles , or people with pet families. Walls and ceilings insulated so not much sound from neighbors . Crown Jewel of Apple Valley and surrounding cities for sure . Plenty of people out and about. Tons of windows in units . Will got our couch out of the elevator when we got it stuck . Where there is a will there is a way . Thanks Nuvelo for working with us to make sure we feel treated right .

This team and property are top notch. My partner and I moved from another property here and Apple Valley and nothing from the property will be missed. The layout, kitchen appliances and decor are very modern and as my 2 year old son puts it, “it’s a hotel with elevator.” We’ve only been here for two weeks, but we’ve experienced the best service. Katy and Suzie are on top of it when there are small issues. We had a mix up on our light switches and it was fixed within 4 days after the request (the request was on a Thursday so weekend being in the middle of that). We are so impressed with how much the staff care. We feel like they are family already. We also wanted to shout out the internet provider Site and Surf, who provides internet. We were going to use spectrum, but they failed on timeliness. All and all, the park, pool and other amenities near by make this place a nice family place to live. The roof top decks are a unique touch in the south metro too. We highly recommend checking out Nuvelo, Galante and Gabella for your future home, it really is worth the price. As far as noise levels go, we can only slightly hear the park when there’s an event or if we have our windows open, it isn’t a huge deal at all. I just wanted to add that for those who are looking at noise concerns.

Leaving a review of my time in Nuvelo so far. I have lived across the United States in different apartments over the past ten years. Some have been wonderful, some have been dreadful. All of them have always claimed to be "luxury apartments", so I feel that I have a fair bit of experience talking about this rental market. I have been more than thrilled with my time at Nuvelo, after 2 months of renting. I'm an Apple Valley native, so I may be a bit biased but the location is excellent. Centrally located with an underground parking garage is absolutely amazing in Apple Valley, pretty much everything you might need is within a 5 minute drive. It's also pretty walkable, which is a tough thing to say in the suburbs of the twin cities. One of the things that "luxury apartments" always seem to have in common is a modern exterior with a lot of "amenities" to sell the renter into signing a lease. Often, the actual units you rent from are cheap, made of low tier material, and incredibly bad at sound proofing. Not so here. Nuvelo's units are made of solid materials. The floors and walls are made of quality materials here, nothing about these units feel cheap. I'm very happy with what i have for the rent I am paying. (Full disclaimer: I am on the top floor, I cannot speak to noise of people above me... but on the top floor, it is dead silent here) Underground parking is an incredible amenity to have for free in a place like this. The on-site staff are also amazing. John in particular has helped me out numerous times, and as someone who has lived across the US, I had really missed how amazing people in the midwest can really be regarding customer service. Every time I submit a maintenance request it is addressed promptly, and we even have wonderful people working front desk concierge service that are excited to talk to you when you walk out the front door. The entire vibe from the staff here is incredibly friendly, and I love that. This is easily the best apartment unit I have rented from in the last ten years. It's newer, so I think that this unit is probably in it's prime. I know that over time these things tend to fade away, and someday this review will be laughably outdated, but as of 2023, I absolutely recommend renting here if you can afford it.

BEST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I can GUARANTEE you will love living here. This is hands down the best management company I have ever worked with. They go above and beyond for anything you need. When we signed here in September, our assigned parking spot wasn't ideal but was still good. We asked if there were any others closer to the elevator near our apartment and they said someone was moving out in October and we could take their spot when they moved. Without further prompting, they emailed me about this saying they already fulfilled my request and we will be able to have the super close spot to our apartment starting November 1st. This is one of the best examples so far that I have of them hearing what I want and accommodating me after I have signed and live here. They genuinely care that you have your ideal living situation and work hard to make that a reality throughout your time living here. For the actual apartment experience, they have wonderful amenities and work hard to keep up a social environment even in the pandemic. They have already hosted two social distancing and safe gatherings for our community to be able to attend in the month and a half I have lived here. They also have hired a concierge here which is astoundingly fancy and amazing in my opinion. There is also a movie theatre, outdoor pool and lounge area, rooftop lounge, fitness center, heated garage and guest apartment. Also, coming soon is a car washing station from what I have been told in the heated garage. They also have so many different carts to help with moving and groceries. They have a dolly, a large yellow canvas bin, a platform cart, and a couple of two layered small grocery carts for our convenience. It's the small things like being able to bring your groceries in one trip with ease to your apartment that help push this place over the top. It really is a great bang for your buck. The apartment itself is wonderful too! We went with the smallest unit which I normally wouldn't do. That amount of square footage usually deters me due to it being cramped. This apartment was laid out WONDERFULLY. It is one of the most optimized uses of space I have ever seen. I used to live in a 850 sqft. place and I have to say I think I actually have MORE storage here than I did at the old location. There is so much storage; it's astounding. The kitchen has so many cabinets that I am actually running out of things to fill them with. I thought the bedroom would be too small, but it fits our queen, two bedside tables, and a dresser with a TV on top easily. I'd say my only complaint with the actual design is that the larger one bedroom apartment doesn't include a tub so we had to go smaller (which worked out beautifully). That is very much a preference that isn't necessary. So if you want a tub, go with the smaller apartment. Finally, I personally have been burned by past management companies who act like they care and once you sign, they make your life hell. This is NOT one of those places. I looked very meticulously and worked with an apartment locator (Thomas from Apartment Locators MN) who said Bigos is an excellent management company and I have to say he nailed it! This is the bets management company I've ever experienced. You will not regret living here.
