I am so excited about working with this beautiful hotel, convention, meeting and event hall! The Sterling Hotel was built in the early 70's by none other than Eddie LeBaron Jr., the first quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, a college football Hall of Famer and a war hero. The Sterling Hotel is the stuff dreams are made of. It is literally a marble palace. The moment you walk in you get that feeling of quite elegance that can only be expressed architecturally with marble. There is a sunken lounge with grand piano next to the lobby area with a sprawling - spiraling staircase that leads up to the meeting and event halls measuring 25,000 square feet in all. The event center can hold up to 1000 people in one room. Our meeting and convention halls can be divided with a movable wall system if requested. One of Sterling Hotel's claim to fame is the fact that we have the largest wooden dance floor in Dallas, TX. Our event center is perfect for concerts, events and conventions alike…and if that is not enough, the twelve-story building’s cherry on top of the cake is our “Sky Room” which boast an unequaled view of downtown Dallas. The “Sky Room” can hold up to 300 guests and is perfect for even the most elegant events. The hotel has something for every budget. Both economy and upgraded rooms are available with large flat screen TV’s, desk, lounge chair, mini fridge, microwave and of course a sprawling panoramic view of downtown Dallas. But wait that’s just the beginning. We have elegant suites with a living room and separate bathroom! As if that were not enough, we have well-appointed suites with a living room, bedroom, two bathrooms one of which has a full size jacuzzi made for two… We have a restaurant, bar, convenience store and beauty salon next to the lobby. There is also a five-story parking garage with access to the hotel on the first and third levels. If you are looking for a home away from home for the night, a week, month or a year, there is no better deal in Dallas as far as I am concerned. For example: a similar property downtown Dallas would easily cost $4,000 a month. Our modest price for luxury living in a two-room suit with jacuzzi is a low-low $1500 a month!
