The Thompson Flats is located across the street from the Basilica and a half block from Loring Park. Apartment 35 is on the top floor of the building with windows looking across Hennepin Avenue to the Basilica. There is an additional charge of $40 per month for the apartment's dedicated Wi-Fi internet service from the building's US Internet fiber connection and trash.
