We just recently move here, everything was so easy to do since day one. The leasing manager, Brock H. Helped us so much, he gave us a tour and patiently answer every question we had at that time and even remotely thru the application process, he was always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, even outside of regular business hours. On top of this amazing service, apartments are really nice, all the staff is so help-full and nice so i. Love everything about Vale!!

"We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Brock From the moment we arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk us through the apartment, answered all our questions thoroughly, and made us feel completely at ease. His attention to detail and genuine interest in making sure we had all the information we needed really stood out. Thanks to his excellent assistance, we found the perfect apartment, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend working with Property Manager's mr. Brock for anyone looking for a new place.
