I have been a resident for 3 years. I have not had any problems or complaints. The property is beautiful!! I love that this is a gated community-I feel very safe living here! All of our neighbors are friendly!! I love the pool and being able to use the work out equipment. All of the folks who work in the office are super nice and very professional! I have recommended Dream Germantown to all of my friends. Thanks Dream Germantown for all of your hard work-from keeping this a beautiful place to live and for going out of your way to make sure all of the residents are happy and safe!!

A good apartment complex based in Memphis. It turned into Home. Staying here for 2 years. Resident service is good. Lots of parking space. Staffs are good. Point to improve: Gym needs Dumbbells.
