Thanks for checking out Willow Springs Apartments. We are a locally owned and professionally managed community in Puyallup, WA. Willow Springs is conveniently located with quick access to HWY512, near the Washington State Fair, Good Samaritan Hospital and a multitude of shopping and dining options. We have 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Our apartment homes are a great value, featuring fully equipped island kitchens, garden style soaking tubs and wood burning fireplaces. Our gated community features a clubhouse with a fitness center, indoor spa and an outdoor seasonal pool.

I have lived at Willow Springs for just over one year. I am happy to say that this is best apartment complex I have ever lived in (which is many). The thing I was most concerned with was how well they would be managed. The management here is incredible. They are professional, kind, and they care and work hard to keep the place in top order. Heidi and Bri communicate very well. When something is broken or fire alarms are being tested, or parking lots are being painted, etc., they always give notice and then follow-through with updates. They also respond very quickly to my questions or maintenance requests. I can’t do a lot of in-home maintenance, so I was worried about how they would receive my requests, but they have done so with no judgement and are always helpful and compassionate. They also check on orders to make sure things aren’t just checked off and done, but that they were done right. The place is quiet, peaceful, and gated. I don’t have to worry about mailbox theft. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Thankfully, they do not gouge people with unnecessary fees or raises, and the flat-rates are easy to budget in. I definitely feel at home here, and not just like I’m renting and crashing somewhere. I am proud to live here. If you want to live somewhere and not worry about it turning into another daily problem you have to deal with, give this place a look.

I moved to Willow Springs in February 2021 and always felt taken care of by Heidi and her team. The property was always clean and my work orders were taken care of promptly. The community is gated and it was very safe. I recently moved out only to find a larger place to live. I highly recommend Willow Springs and I have referred several of my friends and family. I plan to return if I ever need an apartment in Puyallup again. Thank you Heidi & Bre 👍
