There is 1 off street parking space per unit. This property sits in the City Park West neighborhood, close to downtown, but not too close. The Spanish Revival style architecture is hard to miss as you drive west down 18th Ave. Most of the units in this building are townhouse style with no one above or below. The floor plan in the living room kitchen area is open with lots of windows, a skylight, and a little attached breakfast bar to eat. There is fresh paint throughout the unit with some updated light fixtures and ceiling fan. The bathroom is shower only with updated sink and medicine cabinet. The bedroom is long with built in book shelves and a skylight. There are 2 large closets in this unit. The enclosed courtyard space is great for outside entertaining during the spring and summer months. The grounds are well kept with mature trees, green grass, and some landscaping. The building is close to restaurants, coffee houses, Denver Zoo, The Museum of Nature and Science, and the walking and biking trails of City Park. Very comfortable spaces located in a great neighborhood without the premium prices. no dogs
