Mars, the leasing agent, was very beneficial and helpful in receiving leasing information and housing insights for this property! It was so nice to find a personable agent that actually cared about my personal wants and needs, as well as arrived to meet them. Mars, Ada and Stephanie have been very helpful since I moved in a year ago. From the amenities to the staffing I would definitely recommend Eagles point to family and friends. Work orders get completed in a timely manner and the 24 hour laundry and gym are a plus. Only thing missing is a place to put our recycled ♻️
If you are looking for a place to call home you should check them out. The office staff if friendly and very informative when it comes to things to do if you are new to area. With me falling behind on rent I’m always appreciative of getting a 30 day grace period to pay. Ada always reminds me so I don’t forget. Mars is always making if anything needs to be done around complex it gets taken care of. If you ever need maintenance done with your apartment Stephanie makes sure it’s done very quickly. Living here I can’t complain about anything it’s been amazing

I would have liked to give more stars but the maximum is 5. Everything is very nice here. Clean and welcoming and I emphasize clean because in the 7 years that I live in America (I'm Italian) it's the first time I haven't seen papers on the floor of garbage outside the bins. and speaking of rubbish bins, I've seen the maintenance workers wash them, never seen anything like this in my life! The gardens are always well cared for and there is a lot of greenery, it is very pleasant to walk around here. The girls in the office are of a unique and rare kindness! Stephanie, Ada and Mars are impeccably professional! The smile is never missing and they are loving with everyone especially with my son and this is to be appreciated because you can't find it everywhere! The maintenance guys are uniquely effective! not even the time to point out that something is wrong in the house and they come to fix it! I recommend this apartment complex to everyone as it is everything you are looking for, whether you have a family or are single. tranquility, courtesy, efficiency and cleanliness and it is not even as expensive as all the other complexes in this area. So if you are looking for an apartment, believe me this is the right place!

Had a small situation with my vehicle on 01.04.25, proceded to the office to resolve my dilema and was attended by Ada Santos. As someone who works in the industry myself I am able to Identify good costumer service and Mis Santos was no exception. Her great communication and problem solving skills were able to identify and find a solution within a timely manner. I appreciate all of her kindness and great costumer service. If she were in the market for employment I would gladly recommend her for my team at RPM or within partners.
I have been living here for 5 years now, and this has been the best team of staff so far. Always helpful, courteous, and attentive.
Ramses, from maintenance, deserves 5 stars for consistently being helpful, polite, and attentive!!! He is consistently available to help and makes every effort to resolve any problems with my apartment. I have a deep appreciation for his dedication, positive attitude, and kindness. It’s very reassuring to know that you can count on a skilled and friendly professional. His excellent service truly improves my experience in this community.
Stefanie, the best manager we've had around here, also earns 5 stars.
Despite my apartment not being the newest model they offer, I'm still very satisfied because they are always ready to make necessary improvements. I appreciate the pest control service, the cleanliness of the community, and the friendliness of the office staff (Mars and Ada) as well as the other maintenance staff in the community (Abel and Eduardo).
I'm leaving an honest review because I know how much it can help others looking for new places to live. As I mentioned, I've been here for years and don't plan on leaving as long as we have this great team, genuinely committed to working well and assisting tenants in a polite, helpful, and attentive manner. Small issues might be common in slightly older apartments, but honestly, I believe it's worth living here.

Renting in Tampa is HARD but touring Eagles Point was such an easy process. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mars and discussing my options for a 2 bed 2 bath space and they had answers to every question, recommendations for things in the area, and just overall had a great, positive presence and attitude. I'm definitely adding these apartments to my list of possible future homes!
Over the past 25 years, we've lived in many different places, and without a doubt, this has been the best in terms of maintenance. The team here is incredibly efficient, kind, and always available—whether it's the weekend or late at night. They respond immediately to any issues. Special thanks to Luis Rodriguez, Ramses, Stephanie, Mars and all the staff for their exceptional responsiveness and the entertainment areas are fantastic!
