Uncommon among Los Angeles-area communities, much of North Hollywood is quite walkable, with food, drinks, galleries, and performance venues just a leisurely stroll away from one another.

Beware these people are greedy, the place is cheaply built so definitely not "Luxury". They will try to take as much of your deposit as possible, even if you leave the place with less than normal wear and tear. Place is always getting broken into as well and they do nothing to try and prevent it, multiple people's cars were broken into including mine with windows broken.
