Just moved from North Carolina and the Flats at Springhurst was my first choice when doing an online search about apartments in the Louisville area. When I arrived to the complex it was everything showed on their webpage and promoted. The apartments and amenities are amazingly maintained as well as updated in every aspect. Alexa Futrell and Matthew Todd were extremely helpful throughout the process of relocating from NC to KY in a short timeframe. Highly recommend the complex.

UPDATE (1yr later - OCT 2024): Keeping the 5 stars. I just received my deposit back and it was fair enough so I am ready to write my review. This will be long but hopefully helpful. I lived for 1yr in the 1st floor next to the pet spa and in front of the dog park. I was extremely worried about smell and noise, NEVER an issue. Maintenance was good (shoutout to both Carlos!), they were not super fast but things got fixed if you needed them to. Garage gate was almost always broken but I don't think that was too bad, either way the whole complex is very private. Admin changed 3 times in the short time I lived there, never really affected me but it's a fact. The current admin is very nice (shoutout to Jacob!). They also work weekends which I find convenient since I could never meet them because of my work schedule. The lounge wi-fi didn't work AT ALL for the whole year I was there but in the last week before moving out, it worked. Printer and computers at the "Business center" (next to the leasing office) are also tricky to use, wi-fi doesn't really work either. The parcel locker was annoying at times. The carriers almost NEVER send the codes to access the room so you have to wait for the leasing office staff to open the door for you. That was the only really bad thing. Besides those few things (nobody/nothing is perfect), the Flats is GREAT! I loved the salt pool, community is pretty quiet, the gym is good, even hosted a party at the lounge, apartments have the best appliances, the garage is awesome during rainy days or winter time. The most important thing is that I felt safe as a single woman living by myself. I had to move out for personal reasons but I am considering moving back in again. The prices are also REALLY GOOD compared to the market and what the place offers. JUNE 2023: I have just recently moved to The Flats from abroad and Jessie was absolutely THE BEST guiding me through the whole process. I had so many questions and still do but Jessie, and everyone in the admin team, have always been patient. The place is amazing but what I'm the most happy about is how friendly and helpful the staff is!
