I noticed the ratings are very old on here (9 years old!) I’ll have to ask my neighbors to leave a review. I just moved in and my experience from inquiry to tour to leasing was phenomenal! Honestly, I just came from a luxury apartment and the apartment manager here, Daniel, is better than my previous apartment manager. My last apartments changed their leasing staff every 2 months, which was very unsettling. The complex is simple, yet elegant inside of the apartment itself. It is a clean environment. It’s not extremely noisy. Of course there will be traffic noises due to it being next to a school, but it is better than where I came from. The other residents are friendly and had positive chemistry and friendly interactions with the apartment manager as well. These are hard to get into because an apartment is snatched up as soon as it’s available. Now I know why. 😊
