We moved in to the Laurel Pointe Apartments back in April 2022 ,at the time there was a different manager which wasn’t very vocal about the conditions/issues of the place but soon after a new manager was brought in named Maritza and she’s so nice and very helpful ,you can tell she has a lot of management experience because she keeps the complex well maintained. She’s on top of things such as keeping order. When it comes to the apartment complex itself it’s nice, quiet,private and very comfortable to live in.

We have enjoyed living here at Laurel Pointe Apartments. I came from Georgia to work here in California and this was the second apartment that I viewed. Maritza treated my husband and I like family. She showed us the apartment and we moved right in. She is always there if I need anything. So caring and kind. I will miss her when I leave next month. If I should return to California I know where to come. Thank you Maritza and Laurel Pointe Apartments for Everything
