Live here for about 7 months and it has been great. The manager Heather since the beginning of the paperwork to know whenever we need something has been amazing. Very friendly, professional, and efficient at her job. The apartment community is. Very quiet and taken care of. A big plus that it has a nice pool and the dog parks. Plan on staying here for a long time.

We have lived at Marilla Sundance for quite a few years now. The first couple years we had 2 other property managers that didn’t compare to the current manager, Heather. She is friendly, helpful, quick to respond and goes above and beyond. She truly makes everything easier from maintenance to upgrades… you name it.
