I lived at 2934 N Milwaukee for a year and a half. The staff was extremely unprofessional and something was broken every other day. From the hot water heater, to the washer/dryer, the microwave and thermostat something was ALWAYS broken. One day my microwave was broken for 3 weeks and the office staff member Diego told me “just use the stove to heat things up.” He was extremely unprofessional multiple times and I wouldn’t live in another property of CLK if the rent was free. Don’t rent from them and save yourself a huge headache.

Hello everyone! We lived in this building from August 1 to July 30. We do not recommend it to anyone who wants to save their nerves and money: 1) bedbugs migrated to us from our neighbors through huge cracks in the floor, they threw out two mattresses and all the carpets, no one compensated for the damage; 2) noisy neighbors who can, when they decide to have a party or turn on music at full volume at 4 am, the administration does not respond to complaints from the building administration regarding disturbing the peace; 3) smoking is allowed in the apartment, if you are a non-smoker or are renting an apartment with a small child, then your entire apartment will be in a fog through the ventilation pipes from the neighbors, the administration also does not respond to comments about the stench of cigarettes in the apartment, 4) we lived on the 5th floor in the spring, when it started raining, the apartment was flooded from the roof, water poured out like from a faucet. 5) the elevator is always out of order, it can go and stop or it just does not work. 6) when carrying out work to scare off bedbugs in an apartment, you can take into account that the administration may not send a notice of upcoming work or employees can freely enter your home. The worst building and the administration of this building, issues are resolved for a long time or are ignored at all, due to the fact that there are a lot of bedbugs in this billing, the administration can blame you on the contrary, that only you complain about the presence of bedbugs because of you they appeared, these are nervous breakdowns due to noisy neighbors who disturb the silence and do not think about the neighbors at all, the thinnest walls and no sound insulation, and for some reason cracks appear on the walls throughout the entire house and apartment, these cracks were successfully sealed by the administration, water rises in the bathroom although the pipes are clean, but the presence of dirt and plaque always spoils the mood and also adds work on additional cleaning, to which the administration said it is because of the neighbors because the pipe joints are connected, but there is no solution to the problem. and after the move, despite the fact that you pay for the moving and all types of insurance that the administration requires from tenants, they will also write out a check for payment for some incomprehensible breakdowns, and they will also scare you with the financial department. I'm looking for photos of bedbugs and flooding. As soon as I find them, I'll publish them later.
