I lived at 2934 N Milwaukee for a year and a half. The staff was extremely unprofessional and something was broken every other day. From the hot water heater, to the washer/dryer, the microwave and thermostat something was ALWAYS broken. One day my microwave was broken for 3 weeks and the office staff member Diego told me “just use the stove to heat things up.” He was extremely unprofessional multiple times and I wouldn’t live in another property of CLK if the rent was free. Don’t rent from them and save yourself a huge headache.

They don't accept subsidies and it's illegal not to accept them very shady company
