Each apartment has a: * Living room * Kitchen area (with a granite counter, sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and cabinets) * Bathroom * Bedroom(s) * Lighted, ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom * Heater/AC control units in the living room and each bedroom * Each bedroom has its own closet and the heat/AC in each room can be controlled to suit the occupant * Municipal water and sewer costs are included in the rent (not separate).
