As a three-year resident of the building, I am proud to rate my experience five stars! The management team is very responsive and accommodating, especially Recita Wood, who has facilitated my stay year to year. From maintenance requests to custodial services, living at 2900 Adams Mill has been rewarding and hassle free. The individual unit amenities and view of the park/zoo is unmatched, especially compared the rent price. And what the building lacks in communal amenities (gym, pool), it makes up for in the array of residents it has manages to attract and retain. Many are interesting conversationalists and intentionally considerate neighbors, I've found. Eager to sign my fourth-year lease. Come join!
