We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $50 per applicant, deposit - $400, & administration Fee - $150. Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back, Utility Service Fee - $3.50. Overall good experience. I was a resident for ~3 years. There are a couple things I wish had been updated - the carpet in the bedrooms is high pile which can be a pain to get clean as it really traps in dust. There is a general lack of airflow in the building which is understandable given age of their buildings - the only source of air movement comes from the bedroom fan and the wall unit AC in the living room, which means there is no vent or fan in the bathroom to combat the humidity. The paint is a lead based paint and you will have to sign a waiver because of that. All around though I think living here was a great experience. The management is very kind and easy to work with, maintenance is always responsive, and the neighbors are friendly. Prime location only 20 min from pretty much any where you want to go. When renewing my lease my rent stayed pretty stable, which I find respectable given the current housing climate. Editing to add a star: When I vacated my moving helpers did not show up, meaning I had to leave some furniture and trash bags behind. I fully expected to not get my deposit back at all because of this, however Era was honest and issued me a refund for my security deposit, less the removal fees listed in the vacate agreement. Very honest and respectful management.

Great quiet and beautiful location, never problem with parking and is always safe. Anytime I had an issue their response was prompt and provide an immediate solution ( lost of keys, power outage). Apartments are kinda old inside but nothing wrong with it, it's cool in the summer, barely need the AC and warm in the winter, always at the perfect temperature.
