New management, fully renovated everything, brand new appliances, washer and dryer in every unit. Karen has been exceptional, the service as well. This place has done a 180 and is one of the better complexes (if not the best) I've lived in. The lower ratings were from previous management and no longer apply. Highly recommend checking it out.

I have lived here over 8 years and I LOVE it here! Yes, there have been times when management wasn't available, but if I needed to discuss something with the manager I would just call the number listed on the office door and someone would contact me the same day without fail. It is mostly quiet here with the exception of summer breaks and people using the pool, which I live next to. The noise has not been an issue for me though. The rent has gone up over the years, which reflects the normal cost of living increases that happen to everyone. I think it is a great value for the location and size of my apartment! I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future. It is close to my doctors, grocery stores, and Park Place Mall. Our current manager Loretta is quick to resolve any issues I have regarding maintenance, and she's a great lady! And our main maintenance man is awesome!
