At Rampart, we present spacious one and two-bedroom units. All our units offer walk-in closets, wood-burning fireplaces, dishwashers, appliances, and washer and dryer hookups. Enjoy the beautiful views and great summer weather on your patio or balcony. All units also provide a great amount of storage space with a linen closet and a large patio storage closet. In our luxurious loft units, you’ll have updated LVT flooring and high ceilings. Our two-bedroom units boast a standing shower in the guest bathroom and a split bathroom layout in the master bedroom. We aim to offer high-quality units with our 28-point inspection process. * Applicant has the right to provide Oakridge Properties LLC with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Oakridge Properties LLC with a PTSR, Oakridge Properties LLC is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Oakridge Properties LLC to access or use the PTSR.

Management here is a nightmare. Had my apartment flood because the pipes froze above me, and the same thing happened to the neighbor across the hall from me because the maintenance people do not close to doors or leave water running during the winter in unoccupied units. They are miserable at responding to maintenance requests as well, I waited over a month and a half for a response on the last maintenance request I submitted before move-out. Also, they do a pre move out inspection about a month before your lease ends, but then still won’t have your deposit back to you for almost two months. It’s a family run business where no one is held accountable. Run away from this place, rent anywhere else! Also, the rent will raise $400+ for units at any given time, with no warning so be prepared. They are listing a unit for $1800 now that was $1400 last year, don’t get got!
