Current resident (August 2022) the community within The Ivy is the only positive aspect of living here ever since new management has taken over. Maintenance requests go unanswered. The grounds are not kept up. With an increase in crime the management company finds it easier to blame the residents than to implement safety measures.

Current (Aug 2022) management is super unresponsive and dismissive of tenant concerns and requests. Never responds or acknowledges maintenance requests or questions. Currently experiencing increased theft and crime in the complex and management doesn’t seem to take it very seriously at all, has offered very little in the way of resolution or improvement to make the complex safer in the future. Would not recommend leasing from Grindstone Property Management.
